How Share prices are listed?

I am looking at Pink Sheet Shares and I have a question about what the figures i am looking at really mean. If a Share Price is listed as 0.015USD – is that 1 ½ penny, or 100th of a penny? I ask this as shares are normally listed in thousands of pennies yet i think it is listed differently sometimes, especially on Pink Sheets/Penny shares.

0.015USD is 1.5 cents.
